This 10 Minute Air Fryer Omelette is a quick and tasty meal perfect for busy mornings. It features ham, cheese, and fresh veggies for a fluffy and satisfying dish that makes breakfast or lunch simple.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoon low-fat milk
  • 3 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 oz ham 1 thin slice chopped small
  • ½ cup baby spinach chopped packed
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 4 cherry tomatoes sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper ground

Instructions

  1. Coat an 8 inch silicone tray with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl until frothy to incorporate air.
  3. Blend ham, spinach, green onion, and cheddar cheese into the eggs. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour the mixture into the tray and smooth the surface. Add cherry tomatoes on top.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 340°F. Place the tray inside the air fryer basket and cook for 9 to 12 minutes.
  6. Check doneness after 9 minutes by lifting an edge. Cook 2 to 3 minutes more if necessary until fully set.
  7. Remove from air fryer and carefully slide the omelette out onto a plate. Serve warm.

Notes

  • My 7-qt air fryer basket fits an 8 inch tray comfortably
  • For smaller air fryers use a smaller tray and adjust cooking time since the omelette will be thicker
  • Feel free to add your favorite fillings such as mushrooms, bacon bits, feta or goat cheese, fresh herbs, or olives
  • This omelette is delicious served hot or at room temperature with a side salad
