20 Minute Honey Mustard Salmon is a quick and flavorful easy dinner perfect for a weeknight meal. This family dinner features fresh salmon topped with a sweet honey mustard glaze, making it an ideal quick salmon recipe.

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 6 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
  • fresh thyme for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 450 degree F and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine honey, mustard, smoked paprika, chipotle chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl until well mixed.
  3. Arrange the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and season them with salt. Then spread the honey mustard sauce evenly over each piece.
  4. Cook the salmon in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes until it is fully cooked. For a caramelized finish, put under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes while watching carefully.
  5. Garnish with fresh thyme and flaky sea salt. Serve the salmon warm and enjoy.
