Enjoy these simple 5 Ingredient Keto Potstickers made with pork, cabbage, and garlic. Perfect as Easy Keto Dumplings Pork Cabbage Garlic or Keto Potstickers Ground Pork Soy Sauce. They are low carb and full of flavor for a delicious snack or main dish.

  • 200 grams Ground Pork
  • 6 Cabbage Leaves
  • 10 grams Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine ground pork, garlic paste, soya sauce, chopped spring onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Boil cabbage leaves until tender then cool and cut large leaves in half.
  3. Place filling on each cabbage leaf and wrap to form potstickers.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook potstickers over medium heat, covered, for 4 minutes on one side.
  5. Flip potstickers, cover, and cook another 4 minutes until meat is cooked through.
  6. Remove from pan and drizzle any pan juices over potstickers.
  7. Garnish with spring onion greens before serving.
