1 package Babybel cheese
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs whisked
1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Instructions
Unwrap each Babybel cheese by removing the wax and paper wrapping and set aside.
Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, another with beaten eggs, and the last with breadcrumbs.
Coat each cheese piece lightly in flour, then dip fully in the eggs to help the crumbs stick well.
Thoroughly cover the cheese with breadcrumbs, repeating the crumb coating if desired to keep cheese from escaping.
Spray each side of the coated cheese lightly with olive oil and arrange in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overlapping.
Air fry at 380 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through until the coating turns golden brown.
Carefully remove and serve warm immediately.

Arrange the coated Babybel cheese in a single layer in the basket
Don’t overcrowd the basket- especially if you want that golden brown and crunchy outside
Handle the air fried Babybel cheese carefully as you get them out- they can be really hot and delicate, and may burst open
