  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon

  • Eggs 2 large
  • Milk 1/2 cup 120ml
  • Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare the apples by peeling coring and dicing them into small pieces.
  2. Make the batter by combining flour sugar baking powder cinnamon and nutmeg in a mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together eggs milk and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients stirring gently to avoid overmixing.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F 175°C for about 5 minutes.
  6. Shape the fritters by dropping spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket leaving space between each fritter.
  7. Air fry the fritters for 10-12 minutes flipping halfway through for even browning.
  8. Prepare the glaze by dusting the cooked fritters with powdered sugar.
