  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika regular or smoked
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chipotle powder can substitute with chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Set your air fryer to 400°F and dry the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels.
  2. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, chipotle powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl for the seasoning blend.
  3. Toss the wings with olive oil, then sprinkle half the seasoning mix and massage it into the wings.
  4. Add the remaining seasoning and work it into the wings again.
  5. Place wings in a single layer skin side down in the air fryer basket, optionally using parchment paper at the bottom.
  6. Cook for 8 minutes, flip wings over, and continue cooking for another 8 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Keep cooked wings warm in a low heat oven if cooking in batches.
  8. Serve the wings hot with your choice of dipping sauces and vegetable sticks.
