  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ cup Fine Breadcrumb
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Chili powder or paprika

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breasts into cutlets and gently pound the thicker parts for even thickness.
  2. Combine oil, salt, and pepper, then brush this mixture all over the chicken.
  3. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, flour, and all the spices together.
  4. Press each chicken piece into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides evenly.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between pieces.
  6. Set the air fryer to 200 °C or 390 °F and cook for 8 to 9 minutes.
  7. Flip the chicken over and air fry for an additional 4 minutes.
  8. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
