7–8 bone in chicken thighs
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¾ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon roasted garlic powder

¼ cup honey
¼ cup coconut aminos
1 ½ tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
Rinse the chicken and pat dry, then place in a large bowl.
Add both olive oils, honey, coconut aminos, lime juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and roasted garlic powder to the bowl and mix thoroughly to coat the chicken evenly.
Transfer the mixture into a resealable bag and refrigerate to marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for deeper flavor.
Heat the air fryer to 400 ℉ and lightly oil the basket with a pastry brush to prevent sticking.
Arrange the chicken thighs skin side down in the basket, ensuring they have room to crisp without crowding.
Cook the chicken for 10 minutes, then turn each piece over and air fry for another 8 minutes.
Check the internal temperature and continue cooking in 3-minute increments with flips until the chicken reaches 165 ℉ internally.
