  • 2 yellow peaches
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter diced into tiny cubes
  • Whipped Cream or Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the peaches into quarters or halves, removing the pits and scooping out some of the flesh with a spoon.
  2. Arrange the peaches in the air fryer basket with the skin facing up and cut side down; optionally use parchment paper below to catch melting sugar.
  3. Cook the peaches at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, combine the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and butter until evenly mixed.
  5. Flip the peaches so the skin faces down, spoon the crumble topping onto each piece, then air fry again at 350 degrees for another 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the peaches and serve warm with whipped cream or your preferred ice cream.
