Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz salmon filets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp celtic sea salt
  • 1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 lemon sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 tsp lemon juice*
  • 2 tsp Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Coat the salmon filets in a bowl by drizzling lemon juice and olive oil then rubbing evenly.
  2. Add salt, pepper, and Italian herbs generously over the salmon.
  3. Place the salmon pieces in the air fryer basket without crowding to allow air circulation.
  4. Distribute lemon slices on and around the salmon inside the basket.
  5. Air fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes for slightly pink centers, 12 minutes for no pink, or 14 minutes for well-done or thicker fillets.
  6. Serve the salmon warm and enjoy.

  • *I put a flexible cutting board down when slicing my lemon as I’ll usually use the juice that comes from cutting it
