This easy Air Fryer Steak recipe delivers a juicy and flavorful steak every time. With simple seasonings and optional garlic butter, it cooks quickly in just 17 minutes. Perfect for a satisfying American main course.

Ingredients

  • 2 striploin steaks 1 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter room temperature
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Allow the steak to sit out of the fridge for about 10 to 15 minutes to reach room temperature.
  2. Heat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for several minutes.
  3. Coat the steaks with canola oil and generously season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the steaks in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 to 14 minutes, depending on desired doneness.
  5. While steaks cook, mix together the butter, garlic, and parsley.
  6. Remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 to 10 minutes, then serve topped with the garlic butter.
