3–4 large russet potatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
Warm your oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with a light coat of grease.
Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a large bowl, then drizzle with olive oil and mix to cover all pieces.
In a separate small bowl, blend salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then sprinkle this mix with parmesan cheese over the potato wedges and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Lay the seasoned wedges skin-side down in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake the potatoes for 25 to 35 minutes, or until they become golden and easily pierced with a fork. Optionally, finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley before serving.
