Instructions

  1. Prepare all your ingredients by mincing the garlic, slicing the mushrooms, cutting the beef steaks and cabbage into strips, and peeling and slicing the carrot into strips.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté the garlic while stirring frequently until fragrant.
  3. Add the mushrooms and strips of beef to the skillet and cook on medium heat for a few minutes, stirring regularly.
  4. Incorporate the carrot and cabbage strips, cooking together for 2 to 3 minutes. Then pour in the soy sauce and continue cooking for another 5 to 7 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Serve the mixture in a bowl and add white rice if desired.
