This easy and flavorful Brown Sugar Garlic Chicken is perfect for quick dinners. Tender chicken breasts are brushed with a sweet, garlicky sauce that is sure to delight your taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • olive oil to brush on chicken
  • salt and pepper to season the chicken
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix brown sugar, water, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 1 hour before baking
