6–8 hard-boiled eggs peeled
1 stick unsalted butter
1/4 cup sliced onions
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp garlic paste
1/4 cup vegetable broth
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
First, bring water to a boil and cook the eggs until hard-boiled, then peel them and set aside.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over moderate heat.
Add the onions and let them soften and release their fragrance.
Mix in the minced garlic, garlic paste, and all the spices to infuse the butter mixture.
Pour the vegetable broth and reduce the heat to let the sauce simmer gently for five minutes.
Arrange the boiled eggs in a bowl and pour the warm, spicy butter sauce over them.
