  • Penne Pasta 8 oz cooked according to package instructions
  • Shrimp 1 lb peeled and deveined
  • Fresh Spinach 2 cups packed
  • Heavy Cream 1 cup
  • Cream Cheese 4 oz
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese ½ cup
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 3 cloves minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes optional for a kick

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
  6. Fold in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Add cooked penne pasta, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste, and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Serve hot.
