12 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked chicken shredded
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cups Alfredo sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and lay flat.
In a bowl combine chicken, ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Spread a layer of the mixture onto each noodle and roll up.
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
Place the rolls seam side down in the dish.
Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over rolls.
Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped spinach or mushrooms to the filling
Let the rolls rest 5 minutes before serving for easier slicing
