  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts about 1.5 lbs
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook seasoned chicken breasts in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente then drain.
  4. Mix cooked pasta broccoli chicken and Alfredo sauce in a bowl.
  5. Pour mixture into greased baking dish top with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

  • For crisp tops, broil 2–3 minutes at the end
