8 ounces angel hair pasta
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Mexican cheese blend divided use
1 Tablespoon taco seasoning
1 cup Mexican cheese blend
dried parsley for topping optional
Instructions
Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Cook the angel hair pasta following the package instructions and drain it thoroughly.
Return the pasta to the pot and stir in the chicken, cream of chicken soup, salsa, sour cream, half of the cheese blend, and taco seasoning until everything is evenly mixed.
Pour this mixture into the prepared dish.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and cover with foil.
Bake for about 25 minutes until the casserole is hot and bubbling. Optionally, garnish with dried parsley before serving.
