2 zucchini about 2 cups shredded grated and liquid drained
½ cup butter softened to room temp
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 ¾ cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
11 ounces milk chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan.
In a bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
Stir in the grated zucchini.
In another bowl, whisk flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool before slicing and serving.
