Ingredients

  • 50 ml orange juice preferably fresh
  • 0.25 tsp fine salt or Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tsp magnesium powder magnesium citrate recommended
  • sparkling water to taste

Instructions

  1. In a glass, combine coconut water, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and orange juice.
  2. Add fine salt and magnesium powder and stir well.
  3. Top up with sparkling water to taste.
