Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 350°F 175°C and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs thoroughly until yolks and whites are fully mixed.
  3. Incorporate the cottage cheese into the eggs until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  4. Blend in the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano if using, ensuring the spices are evenly mixed.
