1 ½ lb ground chuck
3 Tbsp sour cream
2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Hamburger buns
Lettuce tomato mustard mayo for topping
Instructions
In a large bowl combine ground chuck sour cream ranch dressing mix and crumbled bacon.
Form mixture into patties and cook on medium heat 5-7 minutes per side.
Add shredded cheddar cheese on top during last minute of cooking.
Toast hamburger buns and assemble burgers with lettuce tomato mustard and mayo.
Serve hot and enjoy your juicy crack burgers.

For best results use freshly cooked bacon and medium heat to keep burgers juicy
