These crack burgers are incredibly juicy and flavorful, perfect for any occasion whether it’s a weeknight dinner or a weekend gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ lb ground chuck
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
- ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- hamburger buns
- lettuce tomato mustard mayo for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine ground chuck sour cream and ranch dressing mix and mix until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into patties and press a small well in the center of each patty.
- Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties until browned and cooked through about 3-4 minutes per side.
- During the last minute of cooking sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the patties and cover to melt.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the griddle.
- Assemble the burgers with bacon patties and desired toppings such as lettuce tomato mustard and mayo.
Notes
- For extra juiciness avoid pressing down on the burgers while cooking and use freshly cooked bacon for best flavor
