Ingredients

  • Infinity boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Infinity tablespoon olive oil
  • Infinity cups fresh spinach leaves
  • Infinity cup dried cranberries
  • Infinity ounces brie cheese sliced
  • Infinity teaspoon garlic powder
  • Infinity teaspoon onion powder
  • Infinity teaspoon dried thyme
  • Infinity cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken breasts by cutting a pocket on the side.
  3. Season the chicken inside and outside with salt pepper garlic powder onion powder and dried thyme.
  4. Sauté the spinach in olive oil until wilted then cool.
  5. Mix the spinach and dried cranberries together.
  6. Stuff the chicken breasts with the spinach cranberry mixture and brie slices.
  7. Secure the chicken with toothpicks.
  8. Sear the stuffed chicken in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown about 3 minutes per side.
  9. Pour chicken broth into the skillet and transfer to the oven.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  11. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
