Dredge chicken in flour mixed with Parmesan cheese. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. In the same skillet melt butter and add garlic cloves cook until fragrant. Stir in flour then gradually add chicken broth bouillon, soy sauce, onion powder, thyme, and mustard powder. Simmer sauce until slightly thickened then add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce. Cook for a few more minutes. Serve hot with sauce spooned over chicken.
