  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 56 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz Bowtie Pasta
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup half and half whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 12 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
  5. Add butter and let it melt.
  6. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add bowtie pasta and cook until tender according to package instructions.
  8. Stir in Parmesan cheese and half and half.
  9. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
