Crispy Air Fryer Salmon Bites are a healthy and flavorful dish with a delightful crispy texture, perfect for any occasion and easy to prepare in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Fresh salmon fillets – 500 grams (about 1 pound) skinless and boneless
  • Garlic – 4 cloves minced
  • Butter – 60 grams (about 4 tablespoons) melted
  • Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed
  • Fresh parsley – 2 tablespoons chopped
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and patting it dry.
  2. Make the garlic butter mixture by combining melted butter minced garlic lemon juice chopped parsley salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the salmon by drizzling the garlic butter mixture over the cubed salmon and tossing to coat Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Prepare the air fryer basket by lightly coating it with olive oil.
  6. Air fry the salmon bites in a single layer for 8-10 minutes shaking the basket halfway through.
