  4. Prepare the chicken by slicing and tenderizing it to a uniform thickness.
  5. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper then coat each piece in the flour mixture dip in the egg wash and roll in the cornflake mixture.
  6. Arrange the coated chicken pieces on a greased baking sheet and spray lightly with nonstick spray.
  7. Bake for 15-16 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  8. Meanwhile prepare your hot honey sauce by combining the desired ingredients in a saucepan over low heat.
