¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary finely chopped
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
Slice the rack of lamb into individual chops.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
