2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions

Soak the potato slices in cold water for 15-30 minutes then drain and dry.
Toss dried slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder.
Place half the slices in air fryer basket and air fry at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes shaking every 5 minutes.
Remove cooked slices and keep warm, then air fry remaining slices.

Notes
¼-inch thick potato slices take about 12-15 minutes to air fry the slices
If your slices are thicker, go with 15-18 minutes
Anything thinner than ¼ inch thick will take 10-12 minutes or less
A large basket style air fryer (7-quart or larger) will work best
Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes are the best potato type for this recipe
Don’t skip soaking the potatoes in water before air frying if you want crispy slices
