- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 inch piece of ginger grated
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil

- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Optional 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Set your oven to 400°F and place parchment paper on a baking sheet for easy cleanup.

- Bake the sheet pan in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the beef edges caramelize and become deliciously browned.
