  • 1 1/2 Sticks Unsalted Butter 12 Tablespoons melted
  • 2 3/4 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs about 22 full graham crackers
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk 14oz
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Lime Zest
  • 1 Cup Lime Juice fresh
  • 4 Egg Yolks slightly beaten
  • 4 Cups Blackberries fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9×13 inch pan by greasing it.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, sugar, and salt until combined.
  3. Press this mixture evenly into the pan and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks thoroughly.
  5. Stir in the lime juice and zest, then gently fold in the blackberries without breaking them.
  6. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 12 to 15 minutes more.
  7. Let the bars cool fully before refrigerating for at least 30 minutes to set.

  • For crisp tops, broil 2–3 minutes at the end
