  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced into strips
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup shredded carrots (optional for crunch)
  • 1 soft-boiled egg

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken strips with soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Mix well to coat.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked through and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is creamy.
  6. Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain. Toss noodles with sesame oil.
  7. To assemble, divide noodles into bowls. Top with spicy chicken, creamy garlic sauce, green onions, shredded carrots, and soft-boiled egg halves. Garnish with sesame seeds and nori strips. Serve immediately.

Notes
