Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, blend Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  2. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips to evenly spread them through the mixture.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and dollop the mixture in small spoonfuls to form bite-sized pieces.
  4. Freeze the baking sheet for a minimum of 2 hours until the bites become solid.
  5. Once frozen, move the bites to an airtight container or resealable bag for storage in the freezer until ready to eat.
