20 oz 1 ¼ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp sweet paprika
½ tsp salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter divided
3 garlic cloves minced
2 tbsp parsley freshly chopped
Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl combine flour, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Toss chicken pieces in flour mixture until evenly coated.
Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through about 6-8 minutes.
Add remaining butter and minced garlic to skillet, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in parsley and mix well.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, cook chicken in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan
Garnish with extra parsley or lemon wedges for added flavor
