  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley optional for garnish
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken, potatoes, and carrots inside the slow cooker.
  2. Whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chicken broth in a separate bowl.
