1 box of lasagna noodles
1 pound of large shrimp peeled and deveined
4 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 cup of butter
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
2 cups of milk
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup of butter
4 cloves of garlic minced
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt 1/2 cup butter over medium heat, add shrimp and 4 cloves garlic and cook until shrimp turns pink.
Remove shrimp and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt 1/2 cup butter, whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in milk, cook until sauce thickens.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Layer lasagna noodles, sauce, shrimp, mozzarella cheese, and parsley in a baking dish.
Repeat layers and finish with cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with additional parsley and lemon juice before serving.
Notes
Use fresh shrimp for best flavor
Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving to set properly
