This easy and delicious Garlic Parmesan Focaccia combines fragrant garlic, sharp Parmesan, and tender focaccia bread in a perfect savory treat. Ideal for snacking or serving alongside meals.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 ¼ teaspoons instant yeast (1 packet)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ¾ cups warm water (about 110°F)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic finely minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
- Additional olive oil for greasing
- Flaky sea salt for sprinkling
- Fresh parsley or herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour salt and yeast.
- Add olive oil and warm water and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in an oiled bowl cover and let rise until doubled about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Press the dough into a greased baking pan dimple the surface with your fingers.
- Mix olive oil minced garlic salt Parmesan and rosemary and spread evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt and optionally herbs on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly slice and serve.
Notes
- For best results use fresh Parmesan and serve focaccia warm
- You can substitute fresh herbs with dried if needed
