These Ashwagandha Parfait Bites are a chilled, feel-good snack perfect for mornings or midnight munchies. Packed with gut-friendly yogurt, fiber-rich fruit, and the calming goodness of Goli Gummies.

Ingredients

  • 6 Goli Ashwagandha Gummies, sliced in half
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (dairy-free if desired)
  • ½ cup granola (low-sugar works best)
  • ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional) Muffin tin & cupcake liners

Instructions

  1. Line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of yogurt into each liner.
