These Greek Yogurt Bagels are easy to make, healthy, and delicious. Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack, they combine the creaminess of Greek yogurt with a soft, chewy texture.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or substitute with whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt thick consistency recommended
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Optional toppings: Everything bagel seasoning cinnamon shredded cheese garlic & herbs chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and stir until dough forms.
  4. Knead dough on floured surface and shape into 4 bagels.
  5. Beat egg and brush over bagels.
  6. Add desired toppings.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool before serving.

Notes

  • For best results use thick Greek yogurt
  • Customize toppings to your preference
  • Bagels can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days
