8 oz whole wheat pasta can substitute with gluten-free pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
8 oz cream cheese light cream cheese recommended
1 cup almond milk regular milk can be used
1 cup Parmesan cheese grated

1 cup grilled chicken sliced optional

Instructions
Boil water with salt in a pot and cook the whole wheat pasta until it is tender but still firm, about 8 to 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
