1 pounds Ground Beef
¼ cup Butter
¼ cup Flour
1 cup Beef Broth
1 ¼ cup Milk
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Sour Cream
Instructions
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
Add butter to the skillet and melt.
Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to form a roux.
Gradually whisk in beef broth and milk, cooking until the sauce thickens.
