  • 6 ounces Egg Noodles
  • 1 pounds Ground Beef
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. Add butter to the skillet and melt.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to form a roux.
  5. Gradually whisk in beef broth and milk, cooking until the sauce thickens.
  6. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Stir in sour cream until smooth.
  8. Add cooked noodles to the sauce, mix well, and heat through.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy.
