1 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese 225g
¼ cup Vanilla Protein Powder Whey-casein 22g
1 Egg
½ cup Blueberries 74g
1½ sheets Graham Crackers 22g
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a large 3-cup dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Place graham crackers on bottom of dish about 1½ sheets.
Blend cottage cheese protein powder and egg in a blender until smooth.
Add in blueberries and stir to combine.
Pour mixture into the dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes depending on how cooked you want it.
