8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic minced
2 cups fresh spinach
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water following the package directions until it is just tender, then drain and save one cup of the pasta water.
In a large pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbly, seasoning with salt and pepper along the way.
Move the beef aside and cook the minced garlic for about one minute until it becomes fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and slowly stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
