Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce mild or hot
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 4 low-calorie whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce chopped tomatoes
  • avocado slices
  • light ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken breast with buffalo sauce, plain Greek yogurt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly coated.
  2. Warm the low-calorie whole wheat tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  3. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas. Sprinkle shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  4. Roll up each tortilla into a burrito.
  5. Optional: Add toppings such as shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, avocado slices, and a drizzle of light ranch dressing before serving.
