  • 4 chicken thighs boneless skinless
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • ½ lime zest and juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry and trim any extra fat if you want.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over all sides of the chicken.
  3. In a big bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lime juice and zest, and garlic powder.
  4. Toss the chicken thighs in the marinade until fully coated then cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Warm up your air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes and lightly grease the basket to prevent sticking.
  6. Place the chicken thighs in the basket and cook at 400 degrees F for about 12 to 14 minutes, turning them over once halfway through.
  7. Make sure the internal temperature reaches between 175 and 195 degrees F for best texture and juiciness.
