500 g chicken breast fillet cut into strips

3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp mustard medium spicy or sweet to taste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
fresh parsley or chives for garnish
250 g basmati rice or jasmine rice
500 ml water
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chicken strips and cook until they start to brown.
Mix honey, mustard, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir well to coat.
Let the chicken simmer until fully cooked and sauce thickens slightly.
Meanwhile, rinse the rice and cook it in salted water until tender and fluffy.
Garnish the chicken with fresh parsley or chives and serve alongside the cooked rice.
