  • 1 cup Whipped Cream For serving
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries For serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time beating well between each addition.
  4. Fold in the heavy cream flour and salt.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased and lined 9×5 inch loaf pan.

  7. Cool the cheesecake at room temperature before transferring to the refrigerator.
