Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough about 8 biscuits
  • 1⁄4 cup butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
  • 1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks, then drain any fat.
  3. Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce, then stir in the cheddar cheese until it’s melted and mixed well.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece to about one-quarter inch thickness, then spoon two tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center.
  5. Fold the dough edges over the filling and pinch together tightly to form balls, placing them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl and brush this garlic butter over the tops of each dough ball.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly across all the bombs.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving and enjoy!

Notes

  • For crisp tops, broil 2–3 minutes at the end
  • For extra cheesy centers, add a small cube of cheddar inside each bomb
  • Try different cheeses such as pepper jack or mozzarella for flavor variations
  • Serve with ranch or BBQ sauce
  • These also freeze well and reheat quickly
